How to reset a Samsung Phone

Ready to let go of that pesky old Samsung phone sitting in your draw? You've come to the right place. Make sure to back up any personal data before resetting, such as photos, contacts and passwords saved to the device. 

1. Open settings

2. Click general management and scroll all the way down

3. Click Reset

4. Click Factory data reset

5. If prompted to, enter in Samsung/Google account password and/or phone password

6. Click reset

7. Click delete all

8. Wait for reboot, and Welcome! screen
